We are Rat Terrier owners like yourself, and rely on your concerns and comments. This not only helps to remind us, "Where we came from", but "How we are going to get there?", and what is best for all concerned. We are all volunteers, there are no salaries or perks and we use our free time and own finances to maintain and responsibly promote our breed, by helping to inform, and educate others.

If you would like to serve as an officer and committee, please file your "RTCA OFFICER AND COMMITTEE NOMINATION FORM". Nomination forms will be sent upon request, and must be postmarked no later than December 15th and include your next year's dues and signed COE (Code of Ethics). You must be an RTCA member in good standing for more than two consecutive years to hold an office or serve on a committee.
